Returns & Exchanges

At Newton Baby, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn fashion items. All products must be returned in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging and securely attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until your refund is processed.
